We're all about good things for your body.
Beach Organics owner and founder Susan Moore was shocked to discover the harmful effects of ingredients found in many common beauty products and cleaning agents on the market today.
In the midst of struggling with her own menopausal symptoms, Susan’s goal was to detoxify her body and get healthy. Her personal trainer advised her to eat organic and stay away from other unnecessary chemicals, like the ones found in everyday personal care products like soaps and shampoos. Susan didn’t want to deprive herself of the luxurious lotions, soaps and bubble baths she loved, but covering her body daily with potentially dangerous, cancer-causing chemicals was not worth the risk. Unfortunately, finding organic beauty products that are affordable, local and still smell and feel great was harder than she thought.
That’s when she discovered Provincetown Soap Works, a company based in Provincetown, Massachusetts that specialized in handcrafted soaps, bath salts, lotions and other delicious beach-inspired beauty products, all made from natural, organic ingredients. After trying the products and absolutely loving the results that she saw and felt, she bought the entire company!
Susan brought Provincetown Soap Works back to her hometown of Cocoa Beach, Florida, intent on sharing with the people in her community the dangers of chemicals found in everyday soaps and lotions, and sharing the amazing healthy solution she discovered in organic beauty products. The guiding mission of Beach Organics, formerly Organic Angel Girl Cosmetics, is to educate consumers about the risks of using non-organic personal care products, and to provide luxurious, healthy, natural and organic alternatives.
Susan has been working hard to broaden her line of organic soaps and lotions, developing organic deodorants and even organic pet shampoos. Her passion is the organic personal care products she uses and loves, and sharing these products with Cocoa Beach, Florida and the rest of the world.
